Wellness pass
A hands-on exam, the vaccines that are actually due, and a weight written on the sheet.
Framingham · Edgell Road
Leicester Veterinary Clinic sees dogs and cats inside 394 Edgell Road. Colm Scanlon runs a three-person floor. The desk takes the callback.
Before the pet is lifted up
Three shapes of visit. The desk names the price for the one you need when you call, while the pet is still in the car.
A hands-on exam, the vaccines that are actually due, and a weight written on the sheet.
For a dog or cat that is off food, limping, or itching. You name the problem on the call.
A look in the mouth and a plan for a cleaning. Nothing starts until that plan is agreed.
Inside the room
The work stays in this building. If a case needs a hospital, the desk says so instead of stretching the visit.
The annual pass covers the exam and only the vaccines the record still needs.
Appetite, limp, itch, or a cough. The reason is written down before the pet comes in.
Mouth check first. A cleaning is scheduled only after you hear the plan.
Older dogs and cats come back on a shorter loop so small changes get named early.
Who holds the leash end
Colm Scanlon owns Leicester Veterinary Clinic. The room is an exam room. Emergencies that need overnight care are sent on, and the desk will say that out loud.
Who comes through the door
Leicester Veterinary Clinic does not take rabbits, birds, or pocket pets. The exam table, the vaccines, and the dental tray are set for dogs and cats only.
How a slot gets made
Tell the form which visit you want. The clinic calls the number you leave.
